Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla.; ERC provides solutions in the customer experience management lifecycle with locations in Jacksonville and Orange Park, Fla. and Waycross, Ga. ERC is very proud of the team we have built and the reputation we have earned. Our strengths include cutting-edge innovation and business intelligence, robust performance and workforce management, extensive executive management experience, an award-winning Client Services team and best-in-class technology. Through consistent investment and a long-term view of our business, we are consistently one of the leaders in performance and market share for our Clients.

In August 2010, we accepted a new private equity investor into our business - RLJ Equity Partners. With the investment of RLJ Equity Partners, we are now one of the largest minority-owned customer experience management companies in the country. RLJ was formed by Robert Johnson through a strategic alliance with The Carlyle Group in 2006. We have built premier facilities with plenty of expansion space to take on new projects and additional market share from our Clients. ERC continues to invest heavily in strategy and technology and will continue to use cutting-edge tools to separate ourselves from the competition. ERCís long-term plan is to become a leader in the full-service contact center arena which will enable us to provide our Clients end-to-end solutions spanning the entire cycle of customer experience management. We expect our global footprint to continue to expand.
